You have this full website to poke around and obtain more information about who we are and what we do. But I wanted to take the opportunity to get more personal. I built this business around my family. My business model is flexible and we don't fit into the traditional suited and booted Monday to Friday 9 to 5 pigeon hole. We are innovative, early adopters and we only onboard clients who fit with our values. ​

 

I am hiring a bookkeeper to assist in the more transactional nature of the business to free up my time so I can work on other areas of business growth. I currently work with a subcontracting model to manage this. 

 

I am the creative, problem solver, risk analysing lead of the business with one foot in the future (ok, both feet one arm and 60% of my attention).

Why is it important for you to know this? To counterbalance this, I am looking for someone who is task-orientated, a doer who delivers to deadlines and gets stuck into the day-to-day. You will love scheduling and timeframes and get satisfaction from completing your to-do lists.

I care more about who you are than what you can do. Qualifications might get you through the door but who you are will get you a seat at the table. We are an inclusive space. No ifs, no buts.

I am passionate about creating a space for working parents and neurodivergent clients.

There will be no formal interview setting. I trust in your qualification. This will be mitigated by a probationary period. My style is more coffee, chat, experience, and personality exploration.
